Rewards, Tax and Mobility SVP APAC – Banking

A leading financial services organization is looking for a Rewards, Tax, Mobility APAC (SVP) to operate as a Rewards, Tax and Mobility Partner to the Regional and / or Group Leadership team based in their Singapore office. Reporting into the International Head of Reward, this individual will operate in a strategic and hands on role leading Regional Rewards, Tax and Advisory end-to-end across the respective APAC markets.

More specifically, this individual will operate as an internal Rewards, Tax and Mobility Consultant, partnering and advising leadership within this large global corporate, leading processes, strategies, frameworks and programmes, also supporting the RemCo.

You will be an accomplished Reward, Tax and / or Mobility SVP, with a track record operating in a global or regional role within a large global matrix financial services organization. You will be comfortable partnering with the group leadership team in a trusted rewards, tax and / or mobility adviser capacity, supporting a large number of international markets.
