Senior HR Manager
We are working with a global aviation client who are seeking to hire HR Manager/Director to lead their Montreal manufacturing plant. This on-site role will support around 300 employees and manage a small team of HR professionals. This position will be a unique balance of highly strategic and hands-on. You will have the chance to make a significant impact by shaping culture, driving employee engagement, and partnering with a talented global team to achieve excellence.
Key responsibilities:
- Culture Building: Drive initiatives that foster engagement, inclusivity, and a high-performing environment.
- Operational Excellence: Be at the forefront of performance management, talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession management in a very fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Leadership Impact: Lead and mentor a small HR team while advising leadership on key strategies.
- Global Collaboration: Influence corporate strategies by sharing best practices and insights from the Miami operations.
