Senior Manager, Compensation & Benefits

Our client is looking for a Senior Manager overseeing both Compensation & Benefits to take charge of their rewards programs and design a cutting-edge compensation structure. You’ll handle all compensation-related activities, including equity programs and the year-end review process, while also overseeing benefits administration in tandem.
Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a background from a creative industry setting or technology firm.
