Talent Acquisition Director – PB & Wealth

We are delighted to be partnering with a growing and renowned international financial services organisation to appoint a commercial and proactive Talent Acquisition Director to lead Wealth and Private Banking hiring across their group.

You will be excellent at building relationships and stakeholder engagement with the Group Leadership team, appreciate the importance of candidate experience, and be naturally process driven. You will also be responsible for leading leadership hiring with a large focus on direct hiring and pipelining key talent.

This will suit someone who is comfortable operating in a fast paced, entrepreneurial, international and collaborative financial services environment in a pacey and high touch business facing role. You will be experienced in talent strategy such as employer branding, vetting candidates and enhancing the candidate experience, liaising with external vendors and acting as a trusted advisor to your stakeholders.

This is a outstanding opportunity for a seasoned recruiter who has a strong Wealth & PB TA background, based in Singapore, who is looking for a new and exciting chapter of their career covering largely SEA in an entrepreneurial environment where you will have a huge impact. This individual must be comfortable operating in a hands-on role, managing hiring and onboarding end-to-end.
