Talent Acquisition Manager

Our client is a dynamic financial services firm realizing tremendous success in terms of both growth and profit. As the firm evolves, they’re seeking to advance their talent acquisition to meet the demands of the business. The firm is looking to hire a Talent Acquistion Manager to oversee hiring for North America, in a role that combines strategy, people leadership and hands-on execution.

The role will manage a small team while working to elevate the function. They will be charged with advancing TA’s partnership and advisory to the business, driving process improvement initiatives, and ultimately improving recruitment outcomes. They are seeking an experienced people manager who is comfortable in a player/coach role and brings process improvement/change management experience. This hire will be energized and motivated to make their mark on a developing global function.
