Temporary Benefits Analysts
Our client is expanding and seeks a Temporary Benefits Analyst to collaborate closely with the Benefits Director in supporting their benefits program. Responsibilities include reconciling monthly benefit invoices, establishing reconciliation processes, conducting audits, and resolving discrepancies with payroll and vendors. Additionally, the role involves updating payroll for benefit deduction changes, assisting with retroactive deductions, and addressing employee inquiries regarding benefits.
Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of benefits experience, proficiency in auditing, reconciliation, and advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of employee benefit plan compliance, particularly with state and federal leave regulations, is required.
Duration: 1-month project assignment
Location: White Plains, NY; located 45 minutes outside the city
Compensation: $45/hr. to $52/hr.
