We are partnering with a rapidly growing global engineering firm seeking a Temporary HR Generalist to support their HR operations. This individual will be responsible for coordinating essential HR functions, including payroll and benefits data input, onboarding, and offboarding, ensuring accurate and timely service delivery.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, „mom-and-pop“ environment and be skilled at managing multiple tasks. With 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience, you will possess expertise in benefits, HRIS data input, sourcing, scheduling interviews, and the onboarding and offboarding processes. A flexible and adaptable mindset, along with a willingness to take on new tasks, is critical for success in this hybrid role, which requires 3 days per week in the office. The first month will be 5 days (Monday-Friday) onsite.

Location: New York, NY 10001

Duration: 3-6 months, with a possible permanent opportunity for the right candidate

Work Schedule: 5 days a week in office for the first month, then 3 days a week in office

Pay: $25-$35 per hour
