UK Benefits & Wellbeing Manager
We are delighted to be working with one of the biggest names in financial services to find them a Wellbeing & Benefits Manager. This newly created role will focus on delivering and managing their wellbeing offering and running their flexible benefit provision, as well as a wide range of plans and policies that support their strategy of being ‚A Great Place to Work‘. This role will focus on supporting their local (UK & I) population (but with strong linkage with projects across EMEA and beyond) and managing a directory of some 30+ providers/vendors across their provision suite. In addition, this role will lead the operational and strategic development of their flexible benefits programme and managing their wellbeing offering from both an emotional and mental health perspective (prior experience of managing Healthcare Trust relationships and medical plans would be ideal). Significant value is placed by the business on the employee experience within their benefits ecosystem and they are looking to meet candidates who can really move the employee engagement dial, leveraging technology to socialise and make the visible journey one that delights employees. As a result, the business is looking to meet candidates from either an in-house role or consulting, who has deep technical understanding of insurance contracts and risk principles, is comfortable in assessing risk and negotiating risk contracts with insurers. Solid experience in health insurance contracts and health trust management in the UK and Health Insurance in Ireland is required.
