VP, Front Office Recruiter
Our global financial services client is looking for a Front Office Recruiter at the VP level. This position will play a critical role identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent.
Responsibilities:
* Manage full life-cycle recruiting process by providing white-glove service to internal clients
* Develop and implement a strategic recruitment plans
* Build and maintain a strong relationships with hiring managers
* Leverage innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract high caliber candidates
* Provide in depth assessment and evaluation of candidates to the hiring managers to ensure new hires are fit for the role
* Negotiate complex offers while understanding and articulating the firm’s compensation philosophy and structure
* Staying on top of market trends and best practices in recruitment
* Collaborate with fellow team members to continuously improve recruitment programs and processes, the candidate experience, and more
Qualifications:
* At least 7 years of full cycle recruiting experience in financial services
* Proven track record of sourcing and recruiting high-caliber talent with periods of managing high volume job requisitions while still ensuring strong client service and fast paced delivery
* Values DEI and incorporating DEI best practices as part of the recruiting process
* Strong understanding of the market
