Werkspersonalleiter / Site HR Manager (m/w/d)
Our client is one of the key players in the European beverage industry.
As part of their growth, they are looking for an HR Business Partner (m/f/d) based in either Düsseldorf or Würzburg area for the support of 5 plants in Germany
Your Responsibilities
- Regular consultation and support of specialists and managers at the production sites on all personnel-related issues
- Ensuring personnel administration, support, and development in cooperation with the site personnel officers
- Close coordination with various company departments and plant management as well as ongoing cooperation with works councils
- Participation in the preparation of the annual personnel budget, personnel reports, and statistics, as well as their monitoring and maintenance
- Initiating and participating in various personnel policy projects at the plants in close coordination with HR management
- Collecting, coordinating, and implementing HR-specific requirements to design efficient and business-oriented processes
- Supporting the digitization of processes and the implementation of IT systems in the HR area
Your Profile
- Completed university degree with a focus on human resources management
- Several years of relevant professional experience in HR support, ideally in a manufacturing company
- Strong solution orientation, analytical skills for complex planning processes, and affinity for numbers
- Good knowledge of labor and social security law, as well as experience in constructive and sustainable cooperation with works councils
- High service orientation, good time management, and a high degree of independence and flexibility regarding changing conditions and objectives
- Team player with high commitment and communication skills as well as a „hands-on“ mentality
- Willingness for occasional, including multi-day business trips to the plants in south-west Germany
