The Organisation

I’m delighted to be supporting this exciting start up in the FMCG sector with a key appointment in their Human Resources function. With a presence in the UAE and surrounding countries, this organisation is currently embarking on an exciting period of growth.

The Role

One of the critical new positions in the HR team is the Compensation & Benefits Lead role, based in Dubai. The role holder will be responsible for design and delivery of competitive reward programmes.

This newly appointed individual will build the long-term C&B strategy and programs that are aimed towards attracting & retaining high performing and high potential employees.

This is a standalone role with support from the broader team. The role will have a design and build focus with an emphasis on effective implementation.

The Criteria

The ideal profile for this fantastic opportunity will have exceptional experience when designing and delivering a full suite of reward programmes.

You will have had exposure to progressive reward practices and a demonstrable track record of implementation of those in a dynamic, complex, and agile environment.
