This Riyadh based organisation is growing at a monumental pace. With ambitious development plans, including expansion to international markets, this reputable entity is now looking to implement the new culture transformation strategy.

Therefore, the CHRO has created this new role to oversee the implementation of culture change for the entire organisation across KSA.

The Role

This new role will work with peers, and the executive leadership team, to roll out and embed the corporate culture change strategy for the business. You will liaise with stakeholders at all levels to ensure the culture transformation is effectively embedded.

The Criteria

To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced in culture transformation for large scale organisations.
