We are pleased to partner a Fortune 100, US-headquartered Financial Services conglomerate to appoint a Regional Compensation & Benefits Senior Analyst into their Human Resources (HR) team. With more than a century worth of history, the client has footprints across approximately 1,000 locations, accrued through a blend of organic and inorganic growth. As part of their recent restructuring efforts to create a lean yet reliable regional layer, they are looking to grow their C&B team overseeing Asia-Pacific (APAC). Based in Singapore, this is an individual contributor role.

Reporting into the Regional C&B Director, the successful individual will take on a blend of business-as-usual and project activities. Strategically, the incoming will participate in various ongoing transformation plans, such as aligning related C&B practices across the different entities. As acquisitions constitute their bread-and-butter, supporting Rewards harmonisations forms another recurring deliverable. On a day-to-day basis, the incoming will partner in-country colleagues to coordinate and implement annual merit processes, particularly the provision of sound advice and guidelines in order to ensure smooth delivery. In sum, you will serve as an internal consultant, including reviewing relevant C&B proposals and policies put forth.

This role will undoubtedly require candidates who have strong knowledge of local regulations relating to C&B, as s/he will have to liaise extensively with the local levels. Specifically, this requires the ability to identify areas of alignment and knowing when to wrestle autonomy back to the in-country teams. Due to an emphasis on projects, those who possesses a blend of consulting and inhouse, corporate experience will be looked upon favourably.
