Position: Benefits Manager
Location: Greater New York City Area
We’re looking for an experienced Benefits Manager for a multi-state company to help design and manage benefit programs that truly make a difference for employees. This role will lead the charge in shaping a strategy that ensures competitive, creative, and well-executed benefits while aligning with business goals. This role pays up to $200k base.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Designing and managing benefit programs that attract, support, and retain top talent.
- Partnering with internal teams and external vendors to evaluate, negotiate, and deliver meaningful benefit solutions.
- Using data and industry insights to inform decisions, enhance offerings, and keep programs competitive.
- Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while fostering a culture of fairness and inclusivity.
- Leading communication efforts to make sure employees understand and value the benefits available to them.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience managing benefit programs, preferably across multiple locations or states.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with the ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
- A strategic thinker with great communication and leadership abilities who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Someone who can balance attention to detail with a big-picture perspective to help drive meaningful results.
