We are pleased to be partnering a European-headquartered Software Development giant to appoint a proactive and independent Benefits & Mobility Specialist into the regional Human Resources (HR) team. With global footprints stretching Asia, Europe and the Americas, the client is a huge advocate of constant innovation which speaks of their commitment towards continuous improvement. Such ethos is also extended to their people strategy, which explains why they are constantly striving to champion best practices. This is an individual contributor role based in Singapore.

The Benefits & Mobility Specialist is a newly created headcount who will work closely with his/her colleagues within the Total Rewards team to ensure that all related offerings are in line with local practices, regulatory requirements and financial costs/risks. As the premiere SME, s/he will lead and drive the regional Benefits portfolio meant to enhance the company’s ability to recruit and retain talent. Comprising a mix of (re)design and operational components, responsibilities range from Benefits roadmap provisioniong to coordination of day-to-day operations with in-country colleagues. Communications (e.g. monitor and update benefits related content, develop campaign to engage and inform colleagues), reporting and compliance (research data and prepare metrics to evaluate efficiency) make up other aspects. On global mobility, s/he will drive inward/outward movements through partnering external vendors (e.g. tax advisors) for successful and smooth relocations.

We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) professional who is interested to extend his/her passion in benefits and mobility. You should have broad knowledge of the health and welfare landscape of Asia-Pacific and beyond. You have a consultative and engaging personality, and able to influence and partner with the global HR team.
