Role: Compensation & Benefits Specialist
The Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Specialist will join a dedicated team responsible for managing and enhancing the compensation policies and benefits structure for the company’s operations in the Benelux region. The role involves developing competitive compensation strategies, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting projects related to the company’s ongoing business transformations and regulatory changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the company’s job and salary structure.
- Develop and monitor budgets related to compensation and benefits.
- Stay informed on regulatory changes and adjust policies accordingly.
- Advise the HR team (approximately 60 colleagues) on C&B-related matters.
- Lead and support smaller C&B projects, such as the harmonization of policies across recent acquisitions.
