Compensation & Benefits Manager

The Organisation

This international organisation is recruiting for a Compensation & Benefits Manager. With a presence in 3 continents this exciting start up in the FMCG sector have a strong presence in the Middle East with their HQ being in Dubai.

This is a highly complex business with diverse assets in multiple locations across the globe.

The Role

This newly created role is a critical position for the organisation and reports to the Compensation & Benefits Director. You will be responsible for developing the strategy and end-to-end implementation of the compensation & reward programs for the Group on a global level.

Your role will be to create and build the strategy with very little currently in place by way of foundations or structure which offers you the opportunity to bring your own ideas to the function.

The Criteria

You will have experience of operating in a compensation & benefits role for a multinational, startup entity or consulting firm. You will also be able to effectively operate in a fast moving, dynamic, growing environment.
