Culture and Engagement Partner
I am delighted to be partnering with a vibrant and ambitious recruitment consultancy business to appoint a Culture and Engagement Partner to join the People and Culture team!
About the role..
A business that is passionate about its people the culture team work with energy and pace to ensure their employees engagement and wellbeing are a priority. This award-winning team would like a Culture and Engagement Partner to work with the Head of Culture on these key deliverables:
- Create and deliver the Internal communication strategy inclusive of all of the business brands.
- Supporting on company wide events, forums and annual events to ensure employee engagement and cross brand involvement and comms.
- Ownership of the Employee engagement survey and pulse surveys, communicating and getting buy in from the business for uptake to data analysis.
- Work in partnership with the ESG committee to advise and support on EDI (Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, wellbeing and sustainability)
- Identify, review and evolve al things that influence and shape their culture and how to maximise their effectiveness.
- Using new ideas, tools and platforms to enhance engagement.
About you…
To be successful in this role you will have excellent internal communication experience working across a global businesses (c1000+ employees). You will have created and lead on an internal comms strategies linked to business and people initiatives. An excellent communicator, creative and solution-led you will be comfortable work with multiple stakeholders in a face paced and high achieving environment.
You will have managed and integrated engagement surveys and solutions incorporating them into events and wider people initiatives across wellbeing and EDI. You may have worked in a people/HR team or worked alongside the people/HR team to develop and deliver engagement strategies. Listening to the employees and creating innovative plans to engage them!
By nature you will be self-motivated and happy with autonomy and the chance to really own your work, supported by the Head of Culture. The business is ambitious and set to grow globally, with senior leaders being true advocates of their people and always putting them at the heart of what they do.
Location: London 3 days per week
Salary: £65k + £5k bonus and benefits
