EMEA Benefits Manager

We are delighted to be working with one of the biggest names in financial services to find them a Benefits Manager to support some of their international populations. This newly created role will focus on delivering and managing their benefits and wellbeing offering and optimising a wide range of plans and policies that support their strategy of being ‘A Great Place to Work’. This role will focus on supporting their EMEA & International populations and managing a directory of some 30+ providers/vendors across their provision suite. Significant value is placed by the business on the employee experience within their benefits ecosystem and they are looking to meet candidates who can really move the employee engagement dial, leveraging technology to socialise and make the visible journey one that delights employees. As a result, the business is looking to meet candidates from either an in-house role or consulting, who have deep technical understanding of insurance contracts and risk principles and is comfortable in negotiating risk contracts with insurers.
