Global Head of Reward
Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering with a hyper-growth Fin-Tech business with HQ in London. Currently with a headcount of c500 across the globe, they are looking to 5x and are seeking a Head of Reward to help direct them on this journey. You’ll be responsible for designing, implementing and managing the global total reward strategy. You’ll ensure effective incentives are in place, the philosophy and processes align with company values and goals and the practices are competitive with the market. You’ll be required to lead initiatives that are both innovative and engaging to help effectively grow the business. It’s by no means a blank canvas but you will be their first permanent Head of Reward and will be closely engaging with the C-suite to drive the total reward agenda. You’ll have a small team supporting your work. Duties will include:
· Craft and implement a comprehensive global reward strategy encompassing compensation, benefits, recognition, and performance management.
· Administer and manage executive compensation plans and long-term incentives, including equity-based rewards (e.g., RSUs), ensuring they are competitive and aligned with business performance.
· Develop and maintain salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and salary progression frameworks.
· Create globally consistent yet locally relevant benefits programs, including wellness initiatives, insurance, retirement plans, and flexible working arrangements.
· Establish a performance management system linking individual and team performance to company results, incorporating financial and non-financial measures.
· Lead transparent, scalable, and equitable bonus and incentive programs.
· Ensure compliance with global and local labour laws, tax regulations, and reporting requirements.
· Implement governance structures around reward programs to ensure accountability and transparency.
· Collaborate with executive leadership, HR, and finance teams to align reward policies with business strategy.
· Provide senior leadership with insights on market trends, reward program effectiveness, and workforce satisfaction.
· Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits to maintain competitiveness in the digital payments space.
· Propose innovative reward approaches that support high performance, financial inclusion, and social impact initiatives.
To be considered for this role you will need to have global total reward experience and ideally have examples of working with high growth businesses within the financial services/fintech/software sectors. You should be analytical, strategic, innovative and have effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Reporting directly to the CPO you’ll need to own this role and independently drive it forward with excellent problem solving and project skills. You’ll be rewarded with a competitive salary and the RSU options. This is a unique opportunity to help shape their reward framework and be part of a high growth journey which will carry the ability to influence and progress with the business. If you’re interested in this role and would like more information, please apply and contact Nick Arnold at Frazer Jones with any questions or to have a confidential discussion about your job search in the Reward, HR Tech and Analytics market.
