Global Reward Advisor
Job Description:
Overview: My client is seeking an experienced Global Reward Advisor to join our team in London for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in professional services and be immediately available to start.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement global reward strategies that align with business objectives.
- Manage and administer compensation and benefits programs across multiple regions.
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning.
- Provide expert advice on reward policies, practices, and compliance.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to support talent management initiatives.
- Analyse and report on reward data to inform decision-making.
- Lead projects related to reward and recognition programs.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within professional services.
- Strong knowledge of global compensation and benefits practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software.
- Immediate availability to start.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with international reward programs.
- Familiarity with UK employment laws and regulations.
