Job Description:

Overview: My client is seeking an experienced Global Reward Advisor to join our team in London for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in professional services and be immediately available to start.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global reward strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Manage and administer compensation and benefits programs across multiple regions.
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning.
  • Provide expert advice on reward policies, practices, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to support talent management initiatives.
  • Analyse and report on reward data to inform decision-making.
  • Lead projects related to reward and recognition programs.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within professional services.
  • Strong knowledge of global compensation and benefits practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software.
  • Immediate availability to start.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with international reward programs.
  • Familiarity with UK employment laws and regulations.
