We are seeking a visionary HR leader to take on a newly created role, leading human resources strategy across the Asia-Pacific region.

Reporting to the Regional President, this pivotal role will be instrumental in aligning HR strategy with the organisation’s ambitious growth objectives. The successful candidate will drive initiatives to optimise HR operations, streamline processes, and create a cohesive framework to support the company’s expansion across diverse markets. This position demands a forward-thinking professional capable of shaping a high-performing, engaged, and compliant workforce to meet the demands of an ever-evolving industry.The ideal candidate will bring substantial expertise in designing and implementing HR strategies that align with organisational goals, including performance management frameworks, succession planning, and employee engagement programmes. They will ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions in Asia while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. This role also requires extensive experience in workforce planning and talent development, with a focus on building leadership pipelines and supporting future growth.

The successful individual will demonstrate a proactive, solutions-driven mindset and the ability to navigate complex challenges in a fast-paced environment. Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders across culturally diverse teams. Industry knowledge within commodities or similar sectors will be highly valued.
