Head of HR

Our client is a leading distribution services organization with a global footprint and a highly regarded employer. They are looking for an Arabic speaking Head of HR to join their team.

Reporting to the Global HRD, this individual will need to operate in a strategic and hands on capacity and act as an executive lead in the UAE.

To be considered for this role, the individual will already be a Senior HR professional, who has the maturity to manage a multicultural workforce and collaborate with senior stakeholders from the various business units. The individual will have a track record in leading and managing a team and will be have excellent written and oral English language.
