Head of HR
An exciting global technology firm in the ecommerce space are seeking a versatile and data-driven Head of HR to support their talented teams across North America. This hybrid role (2 days on-site in NYC) will oversee 150-200 employees and reports into a very impressive Chief People Officer.
As the people leader for North America, you will have the chance to make a significant impact by shaping culture, driving employee engagement, and partnering with a talented global team to achieve excellence. The role would suit a tech-savvy individual who is passionate about using data and analytics as a key to success. It will be a unique balance of highly strategic and hands-on.
Key responsibilities:
- People Partnering: Collaborate with an international senior team (including product and tech teams) to drive people initiatives.
- Strategy: Shape and execute strategies across full cycle HR (including culture, engagement, talent acquisition, talent management, total rewards, employee communications, and organizational design).
- Global projects: Help streamline the implementation of projects within the regions
