Head of HR – PE-Backed Global Manufacturer

Frazer Jones has been appointed exclusively by a reputable player in the manufacturing industry, known for producing high-quality electronic parts for global brands, to identify an experienced Group Head of Human Resources. This pivotal leadership role will be essential in strengthening the HR function and supporting the business through its next phase of growth.

Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, this newly created Group Head of HR will play a key role in shaping the company’s HR strategy, enhancing employee engagement, and promoting a culture that prioritises safety, productivity, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives, foster organisational excellence, and ensure workforce optimisation.

We are seeking a seasoned HR leader with 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial setting. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in HR best practices, industrial relations, talent management, and workforce development, with a proven track record of driving business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives. Experience within manufacturing environments, particularly in India and China, is highly desirable.

The successful candidate will be a visionary HR leader, capable of leading and influencing cross-functional teams to drive organisational change. You will bring expertise in developing and executing impactful HR strategies, leading performance management systems, and fostering a culture of inclusivity. Additionally, you will have experience designing and implementing talent programmes, such as graduate development initiatives, leadership development pipelines, and succession planning for critical manufacturing roles.
