Head of People
Frazer Jones is delighted to be working on an exclusive role for a Group Head of People based in Wiltshire.
This is a fixed term maternity cover contract for 12 months, working for a dynamic, high growth SME business.
Salary range is £75’000 – £85’000 + competitive benefits, hybrid working is offered
This is a critical leadership role, overseeing the People function across a global footprint, including North America, the UK & EU, and APAC.
As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the People strategy, driving employee engagement, and ensuring the organisation is set up for continued success. If you thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and enjoy balancing strategic leadership with operational execution, this is an ideal role for you.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and implement a global People strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a trusted Business Partner to the CEO & executive team, providing guidance on talent management, leadership development, and workforce planning.
- Spearhead and oversee all cyclical activities, annual bonus reviews, performance cycles, benefits renewal’s
- Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and people-first culture.
- Lead the social agenda and actions at the ESG committee with the board
- Utilise and further develop HR metrics
- Oversee compliance with employment laws across multiple regions.
- Manage organisational change, including M&A integration and transformation initiatives.
- Mentor and develop a small but high-impact People team.
What We’re Looking For
- A proven track record in a senior People leadership role within an SME.
- Strong experience leading HR functions across multiple regions.
- CIPD Chartered status (or equivalent) preferred.
- A hands-on leader who can operate strategically while remaining engaged in day-to-day HR operations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- A commercially minded, data-driven approach to People strategy.
