Head of Talent Attraction
I am delighted to be working with a global climate technology business to appoint a Head of Talent Attraction. This is an exciting time to join the People team as they embark on a new people strategy!
About the role..
As part of the talent team the talent attraction specialists ensure that the organisation has the tools and focus needed to ensure we have the right resources and recruitment processes to achieve our ambitious goals. As Head of Talent Attraction you will be a team leader to 2 talent attraction business partners and your own stakeholder group to hire the best talent globally.
This role has a clear focus around these key areas:
- Build and refine an effective suite of recruitment tools across recruitment processes, systems and guidance for their employees
- Define and build the employee value proposition for the organisation to ensure we attract global talent with the right skills and experience we require for our global functions
- Team management responsibilities to enable and develop the talent attraction business partners by holding regular 121’s and setting clear objectives.
- Hands on recruiting experience and confident to lead and support stakeholders with hiring needs and workforce planning.
About you..
To be successful in this role you must be
- An experienced senior in-house recruiter with a deep specialist understanding of talent attraction and recruitment processes.
- You will have built out tools such as recruitment handbooks and processes to ensure your stakeholders have a clear and efficient global process to follow.
- You will have worked globally with stakeholders in dispersed locations and the ability to communicate and build relationships quickly. You will have solid experience with the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and have worked with wider HR teams on onboarding and are still happy to do hands on recruitment for your client groups.
- EVP and talent attraction are key elements of this role, and you will be able to demonstrate where you have implemented and achieved this.
- Ideally you will have worked in a product/tech environment across a global remit, this organisation is c700 employees, so it is essential you have worked in a similar size or larger employee group.

Salary: £80,000
Location: London 2/3 days per week
