HR Adviser – Global Partnership

We are partnering exclusively with a prestigious global law firm to appoint a dynamic, relationship driven and commercial HR Adviser to join their Singapore office. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a high-performing HR team, contributing to the firm’s strategic HR initiatives and supporting its talented workforce.

Reporting into the Regional Head of HR for APAC, working as part of a small and highly collaborative team in a strategic and hands on HR Business Partner and HR Generalist role, this individual will thrive in a job where no two days are the same.

This individual will partner closely with fee earners up to Partner level as well as Business Services function heads across multiple practice groups and business functions as their go to HR Adviser on all HR matters. You will operate as a trusted business partner, managing annual processes such as talent management, promotions, salary and bonus reviews, employee relations, policy development as well as leading on global, regional and country HR projects, also partnering closely with other functions in a high touch and quality driven environment.

This individual will have a track record operating as a Senior HR Adviser or HR Adviser in another global partnership. This person will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. They will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines in a busy and varied role.
