HR Business Partner (FTC)
My client is looking for an experienced HR professional to join their business on a 12 month FTC to cover a period of maternity leave.
In this role you would be responsible for the HR function across London and two European offices.
This is a small (100 employees) but fast paced environment where you will be highly visible in driving HR.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing full HR support to employees across London and Europe
- Acting as a business partner to stakeholders across the business providing HR expertise in implementing business initiatives, promoting engagement and organisational design
- Working with managers and employees to investigate and resolve employee relation issues
- Working closely with hiring managers to manage the recruitment and hiring process
- Conducting interviews where necessary and providing updates to management where required
- Managing the annual performance review process
- Compensation Benchmarking across the organisation
- Managing the on-boarding and exit process of all new starters and leavers
- Liaising with payroll providers to run monthly payrolls
- Ad hoc responsibilities notably supporting on various projects and initiatives
Key Requirements
- Previous experience working within a business facing HR Business Partner or HR Manager role
- Strong knowledge and experience of Employee Relations
- Ideally current knowledge of employee legislation and best practice
- Experience of working in change intensive environments
- Good project management skills
- Financial or professional services organisation experience (preferred)
- CIPD qualification or equivalent
- Proficient IT skills including experience of Microsoft office (particularly excel, word and ppt), HR databases
This contract is due to start in March 2025. The business has committed to a hybrid working pattern with four days in the office (West End) and one from home.
