HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Join our client, a globally owned luxury retailer, as a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner! In this role, you’ll play a key role in supporting a corporate remit with two direct reports. We’re seeking someone with exceptional interpersonal skills, adept at resolving employee relations issues while running learning/training initiatives and performance management.
This onsite position sits in midtown NYC (5 days a week onsite) and offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing company with a dynamic HR team. While requiring some local/national travel as needed, this role promises a stimulating work environment. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in the retail/luxury sector is ideal.
