HR Director, Hospitality
The Frazer Jones team is thrilled to be partnering with our client in the Hospitality sector, who is now seeking a HR Director to lead the organization’s HR function. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Singapore. In this role, you will ensure that daily HR operations are run smoothly, and you must be passionate about leading a team of HR members. You must have prior experience within the Hospitality industry and leadership experience (you have managed direct reports).
What is the role about?
As the HR Director (full HR Generalist scope of work), you will manage a team of direct reports. You will lead the team on performance management (performance evaluations / promotions / performance issues etc.), oversee recruitment for the entire group, guide and manage employee relations (including grievance management), and with the support of your team members: conceptualize/implement L&D and employee engagement initiatives. You will also need to monitor the HR budget, HR metrices and reporting. This role will also represent the organization in discussions with the union. Ultimately, your role is critical in maintaining a positive company culture, consistently ensuring that HR initiatives contribute meaningfully to business results.
Experience Required:
Please include your educational qualifications in your CV. At least 15 years of HR experience, ideally with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. Experience within the Hospitality sector is a must-have. Additionally, experience in managing unions/industrial relations is required.
