HR Officer – Financial Services
We are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading global financial services firm who are looking for a new HR Associate to join their team.
Reporting into the HR Manager (Singapore), you will be part of a team of 3 where you are responsible for supporting the employee lifecycle. You will be involved drafting employee documents such as contracts and letters (e.g. probation, amendment and reference), handling visa applications, on-boarding and off-boarding, and maintaining the HRIS system.
You will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in an organised and efficient manner. You will have excellent communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders across a variety of levels.
Location: Singapore, 5 days per week in the office.
