HR Process & Policy Lead / HR Operations
Frazer Jones is working with an international professional services organisation in Bristol to help them recruit a highly skilled HR professional who has expertise within HR Policy, Process & Systems.
This is a maternity cover role for 12 months, hybrid working is offered along with a salary of up to £57’000 + competitive benefits.
As HR Policy & Process Lead you will be responsible for overseeing the HR policy framework in the UK and internationally, ensuring policies are current, legally compliant, and well-communicated and operate effectively day to day.
This role supports cultural change and optimises the interactions with HR policies and processes, significantly improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR function, and the employee experience.
This is a varied role and will include:
- Maintaining governance of the UK and international HR policy framework, coordinating policy reviews.
- Identifying and addressing gaps in policies, working with the wider HR function to develop and update new policies.
- Carrying out research to ensure policies are market-leading, compliant, and up to date.
- Maintaining governance and oversight of the knowledge base on Workday, including updates to content such as policies.
- Developing and contributing to policy communications, supporting cultural change.
- Acting as SME for people processes, working closely with the HR Programme and Operations Teams.
- Optimising the use of technology.
- Ensuring processes that support policies are accurately captured at the initial design stage, collaborating with the HR Teams to embed policies within processes, with a focus on positive employee experience.
- Owning and managing the local project plan as well as playing a pivotal role in HR related projects.
- Project managing the effective identification, design, integration and launch of new and existing policy changes.

To be considered for this role you must have proven experience in HR/Employee Policy Development and Process as well as sound working knowledge of HR systems. If you have any experience within Workday this would be a huge advantage.
