HRBP (part time)
Part-Time HR Business Partner fixed term maternity cover available with a global organisation within the Energy sector.
The contract duration will be approx 14 months, depending on your availability to start and a working pattern of 3 full days per week has been suggested, although the client is open to 4 shorter days for the right candidate. At least 3 days to be worked from their office in Central London.
The role involves supporting key business functions, has a focus on strategic HR initiatives and operational support and offers exposure to high-impact projects across the UK and Europe.
Key aspects of the role:
- Business partnering with the UK Senior Leadership Team
- Implementing European growth strategy
- Supporting with operational HR and employee lifecycle processes
- HRIS and Excel based reporting
- Change and transformation projects
- Contributing to a performance-driven culture that prioritises continuous improvement
Desired experience:
- Well established HR generalist and business partner to senior leadership
- A hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to work independently
- Strong UK HR experience, European experience an advantage
- Understanding of business operations, financial reporting, and HR strategy
- Experience in mentoring or coaching is beneficial
