HRIS Specialist, SuccessFactors (FTC)
I am thrilled to support an outstanding business in recruiting a HR Systems Analyst based in the heart of London, to support their upcoming SuccessFactors implementation. This role will support an extremely impressive senior HR and HRIS professional with several years of SuccessFactors implementations under their belt and will focus on a range of SuccessFactors modules from EC through to onboarding, analytics, and report writing. This role will span a 24-month duration to deliver the project, developing exciting HR data, analytics, and insights capabilities across Power BI and other tools. The ideal candidate will have strong SuccessFactors configuration experience, ideally within the backdrop of an implementation or transformation, from a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Excellent skills in HRIS implementation, including the configuration and launch of multiple SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central and Onboarding.
- Experience across multiple SuccessFactors modules would be a big plus.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth go-live process.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integrations between SuccessFactors and other business systems.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on best practices for system setup, security roles, workflows, and automation.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process maps, system configurations, and user guides.
- Strong skills in dashboard creation and reports using Advanced Reporting, People Analytics, and Power BI to provide meaningful workforce insights and data visualisation.
- Ensure HR data is accurate, consistent, and aligned across systems, identifying and resolving data quality issues.
- Analyse workforce trends, generating data-driven insights to support decision-making in headcount, attrition, diversity, talent management, and compensation.
- Automate and streamline HR reporting processes, reducing manual effort, and enhancing self-service reporting capabilities.
