Interim Compensation & Benefits Specialist – Eindhoven – 8-month contract
Are you an experienced interim Compensation & Benefits professional ready to make an immediate impact? We are seeking an Interim Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our dynamic team in Eindhoven on an 8-month contract. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping and optimizing our compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of M&A compensation harmonization efforts, ensuring smooth integration and alignment of pay structures across organizations.
- Effectively communicate compensation strategy and M&A-related changes to senior management, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Leverage experience with the WTW job architecture grading system to support compensation benchmarking and job evaluation across global regions.
- Manage compensation programs and projects across multiple regions, including EMEA, LATAM, and the US, ensuring alignment with both local market trends and global objectives.
- Analyze compensation data to ensure alignment with industry standards, internal equity, and company objectives.
- Assist in the design and implementation of compensation solutions that support business strategies and goals, adapting quickly to changing priorities and challenges.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leadership on complex compensation-related issues, especially in the context of M&A.
- Partner with HR, legal, and finance teams to ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
- Prepare and deliver compensation reports for senior management, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working on global compensation projects, particularly in M&A harmonization and integration.
- Strong expertise in the WTW job architecture grading system.
- Experience working across EMEA, LATAM, and US regions, with an understanding of regional compensation norms and trends.
- Ability to quickly absorb and understand complex compensation issues and communicate them clearly to senior management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets and present findings in a digestible format.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of professionalism, especially in presenting to and advising senior leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, HRIS systems, and compensation analytics tools.
