Lateral & Partner Recruiting Specialist
Our client, a top large, global law firm known for their progressive culture and as a leader in their field, is seeking a highly organized, skilled, and professional new member of their growing lateral and partner recruiting team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will provide highly visible support and guidance at the Lateral Partner and Counsel levels, contributing to recruitment processes globally while assuring an exceptional and consistent candidate experience is always delivered.
This hire will play a crucial part of both ongoing and new lateral partner and counsel recruitment processes and will work seamlessly with the Manager of Recruiting for this area, as well as with the partner subcommittee, and other key leaders periodically. You will interface with the firm’s executive committee as well as with practice group heads. This role is ideal for an individual with 5 years of related experience in similar settings, and a reputation for excellence in their relationship building, strong communication skills, and superior coordination and administrative abilities. They will possess a passion for delivering top experienced talent to professional services organizations, always exercising strong judgement, confidentiality, and maintaining a consistently professional demeanor.
