Learning & Development Manager, APAC

We are delighted to be working in partnership with an established and highly reputable global law firm who are looking for a Learning and Development Manager to join their high performing team.

Reporting to the Global Head of Learning, you are responsible for designing and delivering learning programs across all functions from mid up to senior leadership level. You will support the learning across the APAC region. You will be operating as an individual contributor so will need to understand the requirements of the organization by maintaining a close partnership with internal stakeholders and liaising closely with the learning team.

To be successful in the role, you should have solid experience in designing learning content for a global professional services firm. You will be comfortable conducting trainings for employees across all different functions. You will be experienced in working closely with the senior leadership team, organising executive coaching for the leaders of the firm. The key to your success will be your proactive attitude and your ability to design, facilitate and implement learning and leadership development solutions as well as learning projects. You should have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

You will ideally have experience in the professional services sector is preferred however also open to considering those with experience in MNC’s.
