The Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced Learning & Talent Partner to join our People Team and help empower our people to reach their full potential. The role reports to the Chief People Officer and works alongside HR and Talent Acquisition colleagues. We are open to part-time [4-day week or flexible working arrangements] or full-time applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learning Strategy: Develop and implement learning programs to support onboarding, career progression, and business performance.
  • Early Talent Development: Lead the design and delivery of engaging programs for early talent, ensuring quick productivity from new hires.
  • Growth Mindset: Promote a strong learning culture that encourages continuous development, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Work with senior leaders to identify development needs and create learning pathways aligned with strategic goals.
  • Learning Programs: Design, source, and deliver training solutions, including coaching, online courses, and workshops, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
  • Accessibility & Inclusion: Leverage technology to provide personalized, on-demand learning solutions with a blended learning approach.
  • Impact Measurement: Track learning metrics to ensure value is delivered and optimize the learning experience.
  • Organisational Development: Coach leaders and managers to build high-performing teams and lead through change.
  • Performance & EDI: Ensure performance planning and EDI initiatives are embedded in learning programs and business practices.

We seek someone who is strategic, action-oriented, and passionate about developing others. You’ll have experience delivering innovative, inclusive learning solutions and building capability at all levels. Strong communication, project management, and collaboration skills are essential. A background in professional services or consulting is a plus.

  • Proven success in designing and delivering learning solutions at all levels.
  • Experience of working in a professional services organisation and understanding of a fee earner model.

  • Knowledge of learning technologies.
