It is against this hypergrowth backdrop that the client is looking for a Regional Recruitment Lead to join the team and take helm of talent acquisition in the region.

Job Description

Reporting to the APAC HR Director and managing a recruiter, the Regional Recruitment Lead will be an advisor to the senior Leadership team in APAC and a critical role in developing and implementing the talent strategy across their business units in growing markets. The Regional Recruitment Lead will partner with business leaders to proactively identify executive talent gaps, developing recruitment strategies that are supportive of the organisation’s ambitious growth agenda

The Successful Candidate

You should have at least 7 years of track record in talent acquisition experience, with a fast-paced FMCG, Consumer Products and/or Consumer Electronics sector. As a result oriented and self motivated individual, you are able to critically evaluate and recommend suitable TA strategies to support a high growth organisation across Asia markets. You are analytical and numerically savvy. With excellent communication and influencing skills, you are a team player, self-starter and culturally sensitive to drive talent programmes across multiple sites.

Total Compensation: $180,000 per annum, excluding benefits
