Resourcing Specialist

Our client, a highly regarded global professional services firm is looking to appoint a smart and talented Resourcing Specialist into their team in Singapore.

As a Resourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for building relationships and partnering with Practice/ Business Leads, Country and Regional Heads as well as HR & Talent Acquisition to identify and review; project pipelines, resourcing needs, utilization, required skills. You will also work closely with the Consultants to understand their development needs and career ambitions and and deploy consultants on to appropriate projects based on their skills and the firm’s needs. You will be act as a point of contact to the business and advise them on capacity and people related matters whilst maintaining an up-to-date view of the project pipeline. You will work the global staffing team to collaborate on staffing-related matters.

This is a client facing role so you will need to be passionate about delivering a high-quality consultative service for both internal and external stakeholders. You will play a significant role in the planning, managing, and evaluating the success of the key projects and talent pools working with truly inspiring people day-to-day. You will be joining a dynamic, collaborative, and highly successful team.
