Reward Partner
Delighted to be working with a forward thinking global organisation based in Gloucestershire that are looking to hire a dynamic and creative Reward Partner to take ownership of reward and benefits.
The position is responsible for shaping and delivering on all Global reward and benefits programmes to cover all areas of the employee lifecycle. Working closely with the senior leadership team, key stakeholders and HR colleagues, you will develop frameworks and processes to manage:
- Job grading frameworks and pay structures
- Salary and benefits benchmarking
- Gender pay gap and reporting
- Recognition & incentive schemes
- Performance
- Annual salary, pay and bonus reviews
- All benefits including 3rd party relationships and suppliers
- Analysing data and providing insights to senior management, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements
- Ensure all reward programs comply with regional laws and regulations.
- One direct report
You will be an experienced Reward professional across all areas of reward and benefits, able to demonstrate knowledge of pay structures, bonus/incentive design, job analysis/evaluation and benchmarking. With strong analytical skills you will be a team player who enjoys working collaboratively and is able to engage and build relationships at all levels. Experience of Global or EMEA would be beneficial.
The company is open to considering someone full time or four days, and you will be required to be on site 3 days/week. This is a great opportunity to work for a recognised brand with scope for development and growth.
