Rewards Consultant/Senior Consultant, APAC
As a Reward Consultant/Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality reward strategies and solutions throughout the organization. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with senior stakeholders, offering expert advice, and supporting compensation reviews, benchmarking activities, as well as the development of reward frameworks that are in alignment with the company’s overarching business objectives.
You will be tasked with a range of key responsibilities, including providing strategic and operational support for compensation, benefits, and reward projects. This will involve conducting benchmarking and market analyses to ensure that pay structures remain competitive and equitable. Additionally, you will be responsible for advising on and implementing reward strategies, policies, and practices aimed at attracting and retaining top talent within the organization. Furthermore, you will be expected to prepare and present reports to senior management, providing valuable insights and recommendations based on your analyses and expertise.
