Senior HR Business Partner
We’re working with a fast-growing animal healthcare provider to hire a Senior HR Business Partner to work in very close collaboration with their highly regarded VP of People. This ambitious company has big growth plans in 2025, so it is an exciting time to join. The role will be based in White Plains. A love for animals is a must!
In this pivotal individual contributor role, you will be tasked with taking on varied generalist project-based work. Our client is seeking a lively and energetic people person who is confident engaging with a talented and diverse population and being highly consultative on business decisions with the leadership team. You will have a true voice at the boardroom level. Previous strategic input and experience working in rapidly growing companies would be useful, as would those who have supported both FT and hourly employees.
