Senior HR Coordinator – Professional Services

We are working in partnership with a well-established global Professional Services firm who are looking to appoint a Senior HR Coordinator to support their collaborative, hard-working team in Singapore.

Reporting into the APAC Head of HR, you will provide support across the employee lifecycle to the Singapore office. This will include managing the onboarding process, handling visa applications and renewals, acting as the go-to point of contact on all benefits and health insurance related matters for the employee population. You will also ensure the HR policies and processes are updated and in compliance with local legislation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys driving HR operations whilst gaining exposure in liaising and supporting key stakeholders in Singapore.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and great time management and organisation skills. You will have previous HR operations experience within a global corporate environment, ideally financial or professional services firm.
