Senior HR Manager
I’m pleased to share that I’m currently supporting a fascinating and dynamic Professional Services firm in the search for their interim Senior HR Manager to fully support all HR initiatives within EMEA, alongside global ownership of some HR projects.
The contract will initially run for a 6 – 9-month period, possibility to convert to permanent.
Responsibilities
Employee relations
– Building up relationships and checking in with colleagues locally through HR team partnering model.
– Conflict management and resolution support.
Compensation and benefits
– Overall responsibility for design and implementation of the global staff benefits and well-being programmes, linking to key strategic initiatives as set out by the HR leadership team. Point of contact for queries.
– Lead support to the Head of HR on salary benchmarking and end-of-year total compensation awards.
– UK and secondment pension lead.
Performance management and terminations
– Working with head of HR, ensure that there is an effective, objective tool for managing performance and identifying personal development requirements within the firm – executive and business support functions.
– Lead on all EMEA terminations.
Legal and policies
– Overall responsibility for appropriate HR policies, guidance, and employment contracts to be in place across the globe, working with local HR and legal, and ensure proper communication of them.
– Maintain an expertise in employment law and wider HR market trends to adapt and continue to add value to current ways of working and policies.
HR projects
– Global HR project manager – to run full reviews and implementation to completion, linking to key strategic initiatives as set out by the HR leadership team.
Learning and development
– Support for head of L&TD where required.
Recruitment
– Working closely with head of TA to ensure support team recruitment is run effectively and efficiently.
Other
– EDI support.
– Back up support to HR managers.

Team Management
Managing a team of two HR professionals, the chosen candidate will possess the personal drive and ambition to develop their people leadership skills by actively sponsoring and developing team members. Experience in managing a team is preferential, but not a barrier to getting the role. Where needed, training will be given.
