We are searching for an exceptional Senior HR Manager, APAC to offer expert guidance and support to their leadership team in all aspects of Human Resources.

Job Description

As the Senior HR Manager, APAC, you will report directly to the Regional Managing Director and be responsible for the complete HR portfolio of the senior leadership team of around 200 employees across the APAC Region. This pivotal role emphasizes transformation, change management, and communication, in addition to the daily HR responsibilities. You will work closely with senior leaders to provide coaching and motivation on pertinent HR topics to be further disseminated to their teams.

The Successful Candidate

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of supporting and driving high growth in a matrix organization, particularly in the industrial or similar sector. With at least 12 years of leadership experience, you possess a comprehensive knowledge of HR capabilities and best practices, and the ability to develop and implement insightful and meaningful HR initiatives to aid a dynamic business. You have excellent consultancy skills, allowing you to influence and advise a diverse leadership team and instill a high-performance culture in the HR organization. As a team player, mentor, and coach, you possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills and can establish strong relationships at all levels across the organization.
