Job Title: Senior Reward Advisor / Reward Manager
Location: London, UK
Employment Type: Permanent
About the Role:
We are thrilled to partner with a dynamic, London-based Professional Services firm seeking an experienced Reward professional at the Senior Advisor or Manager level. This is a permanent role within a growing organization that is redefining its People strategy, creating specialist roles to better support their teams. This newly established position separates Reward responsibilities from the HR Business Partners, offering an ideal opportunity for someone looking to make a real impact on the firm’s reward and benefits strategy.
Role Overview:
Reporting to the Head of HR Operations, this role is perfect for a Reward professional who is ready to take on more responsibility, drive strategy, and support the organization through both day-to-day operations and high-level projects. Working closely with HR colleagues and senior stakeholders, you’ll oversee reward activities, lead on cyclical processes, and manage projects that enhance the company’s reward offering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for all reward-related inquiries, collaborating with the Head of HR and Head of HR Operations to develop and refine the firm’s reward strategy.
- Manage the annual reward and benefits calendar, coordinating cyclical activities and ensuring processes run smoothly.
- Oversee policy updates and reviews for reward procedures, continuously improving processes to align with industry standards.
- Conduct salary and benefits benchmarking to ensure competitive and fair compensation.
- Provide data reporting and analysis, delivering insights that support decision-making across HR and leadership.
- Lead the annual benefits renewal process, working with external providers to optimize benefit offerings.
About You:
You have proven experience in Reward and Benefits management, including cyclical reward activities, and you’re highly skilled in data analysis and reporting. Proficiency in Excel and a strong numerical aptitude are essential, as is an ability to translate data into actionable insights. You enjoy working collaboratively, have a curious mindset, and are motivated to drive improvements and introduce new ideas.
Experience in a Professional Services environment, particularly in a partnership model, is essential, as it ensures a deeper understanding of the firm’s structure and culture.
Why Join?
This is an exciting opportunity to advance your career in Reward within a supportive and forward-thinking organisation. You’ll work with a talented People team, gain exposure to strategic projects, and have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the firm’s approach to reward and benefits.
