Senior Reward and Benefits Manager – EMEA
Shape the compensation, benefits, and recognition strategy across the UK, Ireland, and Europe.

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Reward and Benefits Manager to drive the businesses competitive edge in compensation and benefits. You will be responsible for creating, implementing, and delivering a reward strategy that ensures we attract, retain, and motivate top talent. This is a key role where you’ll strategically partner with the business, lead initiatives, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to enhance our approach to pay, benefits, and reward.

What You’ll Achieve:

  • Lead the design and delivery of the Reward Strategy, including the annual salary review, promotion process, and benefits offering, ensuring we remain competitive in the market.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in compensation and benefits, ensuring fairness, transparency, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the regional LTIP scheme and propose local solutions to retain key talent, driving long-term growth.
  • Lead the Job Architecture and Position Evaluation processes across the UK, ensuring roles are evaluated fairly.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the UK, Ireland, and Europe, sharing best practices and influencing regional policies.
  • Manage and refine the benefits portfolio, including flexible benefits and total reward packages for UK and Ireland employees.
  • Oversee pension schemes, managing both Group Personal Pensions and the closed Defined Benefit (DB) scheme in partnership with trustees and advisors.
  • Ensure compliance with legal obligations, including Gender Pay Gap (GPG) reporting, Equal Pay requirements, and future legislative changes.

Key Deliverables:

  • Strategic leadership in developing pay, recognition, and benefits strategies aligned with the businesses long-term goals.
  • Set the direction for pay transparency initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure execution with integrity.
  • Proactively research and implement best practices in reward, ensuring Samsung stays ahead of the curve.
  • Provide budget management for benefits spending across multiple sites in the UK and Ireland.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience as a reward lead or business partner, with a strong track record of developing and delivering reward strategies in line with business objectives.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law, pension schemes, and the latest trends in reward and benefits.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills, with the ability to perform complex data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong leadership and management experience, with a proactive, flexible approach to driving team performance.
  • The ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to manage ambiguity and change.
  • A natural ability to build relationships with key influencers across the business and senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organization and project management skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
