About the Role
As a Reward Consultant, you will:

- Conduct market benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitive positioning.
- Lead and support projects related to pay equity, executive compensation, and total rewards frameworks.

- Stay ahead of trends and legislation in the rewards and benefits landscape.
